Claus Lundekvam's path took him to Southampton FC, including spells as both club and national captain. After an enviable career, the steadfast defender experienced a series of mental health setbacks in retirement. Claus speaks candidly about his previous battles with addiction, recovery, and relapse as well as the positive work he does in the mental health field today.
